Description

This framework agreement is divided into 4 lots, each corresponding to a particular field of competence. Each lot will be the subject of a multi-awarded framework agreement.their scope of intervention will be that of the Gironde department.lot no. 1 ecological studieslot no. 2 hydraulic studieslot no. 3 traffic studieslot no. 4 elaboration of 3d virtual models
without minimum amount and maximum amount fixed at 250 000.The technical value criterion will be evaluated with regard to the following sub-criteria for all lots:sub-criterion 1: Relevance of the proposed explanatory memorandum noted on 45%-technical point 1: Methodology and organization for the collection of data and diagnosis noted on 25%-technical point 2: Methodology and organization for the iterative analysis of the issues, impacts and proposed solutions for improving the integration of the project into its environment marked out of 20%Sub-criterion 2: Profile of the dedicated team and adequacy of the human resources for carrying out the services marked out of 25% with no minimum amount and a maximum amount set at 250 000.00 euro(s) excl. taxThe technical value criterion will be evaluated according to the following sub-criteria for all the lots:sub-criterion 1: Relevance of the explanatory memorandum proposed noted on 45%-technical point 1: Methodology and organization for the realization of a technical file of cleansing noted on 20%-technical point 2: Methodology and organization for the realization of the regulatory files noted on 25%-sub-criterion 2: Profile of the dedicated team and adequacy of the human means to the realization of the services noted on 25% without minimum amount and maximum amount fixed at 150.000.The technical value criterion will be evaluated on the basis of the following sub-criteria for all lots:sub-criterion 1: Relevance of the proposed explanatory memorandum noted out of 45%-technical point 1: Methodology and organization for the realization of a road count and data processing noted out of 20%-technical point 2: Methodology and organization for the realization of a static modeling noted out of 10%-technical point 3: Methodology and organization for the realization of a dynamic modeling noted out of 15%sub-criterion 2: Profile of the dedicated team and adequacy of the human means to the realization of the services noted out of 25% with no minimum amount and maximum amount fixed at 200 000.The technical value criterion will be evaluated according to the following sub-criteria for all lots:sub-criterion 1: "Relevance of the proposed explanatory memorandum" rated out of 45%-technical point 1: Methodology and organization for the modeling of 3d virtual models of an existing site rated out of 20%-technical point 2: Methodology and organization for the modeling of 3d virtual models of a project rated out of 25%-sub-criterion 2: "Profile of the dedicated team and adequacy of the human resources for the realization of the services rated out of 25%.
