The Abwasserzweckverband Mittleres Eckbachtal (AME) is planning the expansion of the Heßheim wastewater treatment plant and the conversion to the anaerobic sludge stabilization process.The plant is located between the cities of Grünstadt and Frankenthal near the Frankenthal freeway intersection (A61, A6) in Rhineland-Palatinate. The plant was commissioned in 2003 as a multi-line SBR plant for a nominal capacity of 31,000 PE. The current load is approximately 39,400 PE. During peak flows during the wine-growing campaign, peak loads of between 67,000 and 155,000 p.e. are measured.In order to increase the plant's own power generation and to relieve the biological wastewater treatment stage, the Heßheim wastewater treatment plant is to be converted to sludge digestion.The project is based on a potential study and an economic feasibility study, which are part of the award documents. With regard to the details of the measure, reference is made to the specifications, which are available for downloading. On the site of the wastewater treatment plant, a construction field is to be provided for any phosphate elimination that may be required at a later date.
Subject of this announcement is lot 1 - object planning services for engineering structures, planning services of the technical equipment - EMSR technology / electrical as well as the local construction supervision in the work phases 1-9 according to § 43 HOAI (thereof LP 6 and 7 partly), the technical equipment of the mechanical engineering as well as electrical engineering in the work phases 1-9 according to § 55 HOAI (thereof LP 6 and 7 partly).The service to be awarded includes, as a special service within the scope of object planning, the preparation of a construction phase plan to ensure safety during the construction phase as well as the planning of safety measures for the landscape (prevention of environmental damage).The estimated chargeable costs (B - 2-stage sludge digestion incl. stationary drainage) amount to net in KG:KG 300 Building - Building construction 3.451.500,00 EURKG 400 Building - Technical installations 1.519.700,00 EURKG 410 Waste water, water, gas installations 377.000,00 EURKG 420 Heat supply installations 162.500,00 EURKG 430 Ventilation installations 109.200.00 EURKG 440 Electrical installations 546,000.00 EURKG 450 Telecommunications and information technology installations 65,000.00 EURKG 470 User-specific installations 221,000.00 EURKG 480 Building automation 39,000.00 EURThe estimated net chargeable costs for engineering structures are as follows:1.
