Description

This contract covers the design and supervision of civil and technical engineering works for the extension of Strassen town hall. Architectural services are not included in this invitation to tender. The aim of this call for tenders, which is addressed to engineering firms, is the conclusion of two works contracts between the Strassen municipality and the firm selected in each Lot. The contract is divided into the following specialized lots: Lot 1: Civil engineering Lot 2: Technical engineering
Building structures o Phase 1: Definition and design of the structure, constructive study of the load-bearing elements with summary estimate of the cost of the work o Phase 2: Pre-project studies, dimensioning of the sections and load descriptions with detailed evaluation of the cost of the work. o Phase 3: Stability and material resistance calculations. o Phase 4: Mass calculations o Phase 5: Detailed cost estimates o Phase 6: Tender documents (schedules and technical clauses), analysis of the bids and assistance with the award. o Phase 7: Construction drawings with the exception of workshop plans. Building exteriors o Phase 1: Design and preliminary project in collaboration with the architect, with summary cost estimate. o Phase 2: Project with detailed cost estimate o Phase 3: Mass calculations o Phase 4: Detailed cost estimate o Phase 5: Tender documents o Phase 6: Submission documents Studies o Preliminary design (APS) o Detailed design (APD) o Final design (PD) o Calculation of masses and preparation of schedules o Detailed cost estimates o Tender specifications o Tender control and award proposal o Consulting engineer's drawings, technical installation diagrams and drilling plans Technical control of works o Coordination and management of works o Assistance with provisional and final acceptance, o Constitution of a final file o Assistance with the establishment of contradictory quantity surveys and invoice control
