Description
New construction of the BAB 281, construction phase (BA) 2/2Supervision of construction and local construction supervision
The contract comprises the following services:Site management and local construction supervision, special servicesThe construction measure essentially comprises:After its completion, the BAB 281 is to create the motorway corner connection between the BAB 27 in the northwest of Bremen and the BAB 1 in the southeast of Bremen. The BA 2/2 begins after the BA 2/1 west of the Neuenlander Ring at motorway km 2+913. Here the BA 2/2 directly connects to the first and already constructed part of the elevated highway Großmarkt. The BA 2/2 ends east of the crossing Neuenlander Straße / Kattenturmer Heerstraße at km 4+859 with a connection to the existing trough of the B 6. As the first section of the BA2/2 the already existing elevated highway Großmarkt is extended by approx. 370 m from km 2+913 to km 3+284. On the first 280 m the bridge runs in an elevated position without significant longitudinal inclination. On the last 90 m, starting at km 3+194, the bridge is planned with a negative longitudinal inclination of 3.85 %, which continues in the further course to the low point of the section, at km 3+394. From km 3+284 to km 3+781, the line will run in a narrow corridor between two retaining wall structures, bordered by the Airbus premises in the south and industrial areas in the north. The terrain jump as a result of the retaining wall structures is approx. 4.5 m immediately after the bridge structure. From here, the route flattens out between the retaining wall structures to the low point at km 3+394, so that the terrain jump to be intercepted tapers off to almost zero at the low point. From the low point, the route rises again at a rate of 1.1% to km 3+715 and reaches a terrain jump of approx. 2.9 m at the end of the retaining wall structures at km 3+781.From km 3+781 to km 3+990, a section of approx. 200 m follows in embankment position. Starting at km 3+990, the section is secured by a retaining wall on the northern side for approx. 280 m and formed by a natural embankment on the southern side. The northern retaining wall reaches its maximum height at its end, at km 4+270, and bridges a terrain jump of approx. 3.9 m here. From km 4+270, the gradient of the BAB drops by 4.5 % in order to pass under the existing Neuenlander Straße / Kattenturmer Heerstraße junction and connect to the existing trough of the B 6. Starting at km 4+353, the BAB cuts into the terrain and is initially routed in a 272 m long trough. At the low point of the section at km 4+623.9 the trough changes into a tunnel cross-section. From here on, the route rises by 0.74% and is connected to the existing trough of the B6 at km 4+859. On the 203 m long tunnel, the inner-city traffic junction Neuenlander Straße / Kattenturmer Heerstraße will be rearranged in its final state. From here, access and exit lanes to the BAB 281 as well as the connection to the inner-city traffic route network are planned. In total, BA2/2 extends over 1.91 km. The chosen road cross-section is a special cross-section in accordance with the guidelines for the construction of motorways (RAA). This has a total width of 23.6 m and carries two directional lanes without a hard shoulder. A maximum speed limit of 80 km/h has been set for this section.
