DIN 276 Dez. 2008 unter den Kostengruppen KG 473 - Medienversorgungsanlagen, KG 474 - Labortechnische Anlagen, KG 612 - Laborausstattung zu bestellen werden und deren Schnittstellen (Integrationsplanung) zu den sonstigen Anlagengruppen zu bestellen.Für den Neubau KTI soll ein modernes und nachhaltiges Laborkonzept mit u. a. Laborlandschaften, Fotolabor, Büro und Sachverständungsräume, Sprengstofflager, Asservatenräume, Werkstätten, Räume für Brandrekonstruktion, sowie einer Tiefgartensplan.For the new KTI building, a modern, sustainable laboratory concept is to be implemented with, among other things, laboratory landscapes, training laboratory, photo laboratory, office and expert rooms, firing lanes, explosives storage, evidence rooms, workshops, rooms for fire reconstruction, as well as an underground car park for emergency vehicles, which allows a high degree of flexibility for future changes in usage requirements.The requirements assessment LPH 1 has already been completed with the preparation of a feasibility study and an explanatory report on the space and function programme. Total area NUF 1-7 = 15,562 m², including laboratories = 4,268 m², forensics = 1,945 m², analysis and evidence rooms = 1,642 m². Construction costs BWK (300+400) approx. 109,439,000 € gross, of which KG 470 approx. 16,163,710 €, KG 610 approx. 1,233,198 € gross.Vermögen und Bau Baden-Württemberg Amt Stuttgart plans to carry out the project using the Building Information Modeling (BIM) method.
