Description

It is intended to commission object planning services for buildings according to Part 3 Section 1 HOAI of the work phases 2 to 8 as well as special services in the work phases 2, 5, 8 and 9. Specialist planning services for technical equipment according to Part 4 Section 2 HOAI of the work phases 2 to 8 as well as special services in the work phases 5 and 8. Structural design according to part 4 section 1 HOAI of the work phases 1 to 6 as well as special services in the LPH 1, 3, 4, 5 and 8 .88212 Ravensburg, Hinzistobel 34 - 43, JVA Ravensburg, reconstruction and renovation of the kitchen, as well as the cold storage rooms and technical facilities.cold storage room planning, canteen kitchen planning and construction supervision. In this procedure, an engineering, architecture or specialist planning office is sought as overall planner (overall coordination) for the conversion and core renovation of the kitchen in the Ravensburg correctional facility. The construction will be carried out in 2 overlapping construction phases in order to create interim facilities for the supply of prisoners and staff. The construction project extends over 2 floors. Obtaining the building permits is part of the service to be provided. The existing fire protection concept (BSK) with technical fire protection (BMA, emergency lighting, etc.) is to be integrated into the planning.The BWK (KG 300 /400) amount to 8,880,000 euros gross.Completion of the measure is planned for October 2026.
