The service covered by this contract consists of a set of services necessary for the performance of the Industrial Radiography Shooting Coordination (IRCC) mission for the construction phase of the RJH site for simultaneous shooting operations between different teams of industrial radiography technicians. More specifically for the CTRI coordinator, the service consists in particular of:- ensure with the intervening company managers (or their on-site representatives) that they have indeed given the employees instructions related to co-activity, in particular those appropriate to the risks related to radiography operations for companies whose sector of intervention is located near the radiography site,- ensure with the intervening company managers (or their on-site representatives) that the prevention measures decided in collaboration with the CSPS are implemented, in particular with the radiography company manager,- ensure with the managers of intervening radiography companies (or their on-site representatives) that the protective measures are in conformity, that the compliant beaconing has been put in place, and that supervision at the workstations is carried out,- organise periodic inspections and meetings to ensure general coordination and/or measures required by the interface of several operations (implementation of means of communication, verification if necessary of the presence of means of access to welds - scaffolding, weld marking, lighting, power supply....),- manage the visit of the premises on D-1 when requested,- manage the "radioshots" meeting on D-Day (preparatory meeting for the night of shooting),- check the proper implementation of the means of protection and surveillance during the interventions in general,- carry out all the deliverables associated with the shooting coordination services,The shooting campaigns are planned for 2019 and 2020.An optional service consists of extending the firm service for an additional firing campaign for one year, renewable once for one year, the contractor may not be one of the companies selected to carry out industrial radiography firing, given the conflict of interest that such a situation would represent. firing campaigns will be carried out at the site's closing time, i.e. from 22:00 in the evening to 5:00 in the morning.
