Description

The wastewater treatment plant Horgen of the ZVA Eschachtal treats the wastewater of some neighboring municipalities as well as various local and city districts. The nominal capacity of the treatment plant is 32,000 PE. Due to its age-related condition, a rehabilitation of the plant is necessary. In addition, the catchment area of the Horgen wastewater treatment plant is to increase further in the next few years, so that an expansion to 40,000 PE is planned. A planning office is being sought for this purpose.
The contract covers the planning services and the execution of the modernization and expansion of the Horgen wastewater treatment plant, taking into account the plant technology currently available on the market, which combines high operational availability and reliable operability with technical innovation. The work is to be carried out in two construction phases, namely in the 1st phase extension of the mechanical stage and final clarification and in the 2nd phase the extension of the lifting station, primary clarification and activation.The client intends to award the following services:- Object planning of engineering structures according to HOAI 2021 § 43 (LPh 1 - 9)- Service profile technical equipment in the field of process engineering according to HOAI 2021 § 55 (LPh 1 - 9)- Service profile technical equipment in the field of EMSR technology according to HOAI 2021 § 55 (LPh 1 - 9), except for the operating level and programming of the DCS- Structural design according to HOAI 2021 § 51 (LPh 1 - 6)In addition to the preliminary planning and conceptual considerations, the task of the engineering company is the implementation planning and realization of the selected solutions.
