the purpose of this consultation is to award a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders relating to the project management for the creation, extension, renewal, reinforcement, rerouting and rehabilitation of the drinking water and public sewerage networks of the 8 communes of the island of oléron
1 - Project management missions for the design and monitoring of renewal and reinforcement works of drinking water networks only including the following mission elements: - diag (diagnostic studies), - pro (project studies), - act (assistance in the awarding of contracts for works not carried out via the standing order market), - visa (examination and visa of the execution files), - det (direction of the execution of the works), - aor (assistance in the acceptance operations). 2 - Assistance to the award of a works framework agreement with purchase orders.Lot 1, Northern sector (3 municipalities): Saint-Denis-D'Oléron, La Brée-Les-Bains, Saint-Georges-D'Oléron 1 - project management missions for the design and monitoring of renewal and reinforcement works of drinking water networks only including the following mission elements: - diag (diagnostic studies), - pro (project studies), - act (assistance in the awarding of contracts for works not carried out via the standing order market), - visa (examination and visa of execution files), - det (direction of execution of works), - aor (assistance in acceptance operations). 2 - Assistance to the awarding of a works framework agreement with purchase orders.lot 2, southern sector (5 municipalities): Saint-Pierre-D'Oléron, Dolus-D'Oléron, Le Château-D'Oléron, Le Grand-Village-Plage, Saint-Trojan-Les-Bains
