Description

The facility is being implemented as part of the "Marble" reservoir extension project in Szydłowiec forestry. Location of the investment: Kolbuszowa district, commune of Niwiska, Przyłęk district, plot of land No. 1256. Objective of the investment: extension of the facility and increasing the retention capacity of the tank. Functions of the reservoir: retention reservoir pro-natural and the ability to stop excess water from wet periods to dry periods (adaptation to climate change), water supply for fire-fighting purposes. The existing non-drainage retention reservoir will have an area of up to 0.50 ha after modernisation; the surface area of the water surface will be approx. 4,000 m2. To the normal level of water damming, the tank must have a capacity of at least - 4 500 m3. The design should include: sealing of the existing tank to at least the level of normal water damming, solutions to limit silting of the tank, construction of a valve to control water flow to the tank or to build a fixed threshold at the tank inlet, construction of slope differentiated slopes, descent and watering holes for game, rocky outcrops for reptiles and amphibians, and a water extraction station for fire-fighting purposes (an inlet well and exit for fire-fighting vehicles, which will provide convenient access to and extraction of water via an inlet well for fire-fighting vehicles). The solution of the inlet well and the exit for fire-fighting vehicles should ensure safe intake of clean water and is to be agreed with the territorially appropriate County Headquarters of the State Fire Service. The coastline should be irregular. Tank embankments and venting devices are to be protected against the activity of beavers and other animals roaring burrows. The facility is being implemented as part of the task "Construction of the "Zaj±czek" reservoir in Ostrowy forestry. Location of the investment: Kolbuszowa district, Cmolas commune, Ostrowy Baranowskie district, plot no. 1341/1. Objective of the investment: construction of a new retention facility fulfilling the function of a natural and fire protection facility. Functions of the reservoir: retention reservoir pro-natural and the ability to stop excess water from wet periods to dry periods (adaptation to climate change), water supply for fire-fighting purposes. The new facility will be a flow tank with an area of up to 0.50 ha and a water surface of approx. 4,000 m2. The tank must have a capacity of 6 100 m3 for normal damming up. The design shall include: reconstruction of the old culvert below the tank into a piętrzący pipeline culvert or another equivalent solution accepted by the Employer, construction of slope diversified slopes strengthened with fascist fences, descents and watering holes for game, rock outcrops for reptiles and amphibians and water extraction stations for fire-fighting purposes (an inlet and outlet well for fire-fighting vehicles, which will provide convenient access and intake of water through an inlet well). The soil from the excavation should be used, if possible, to make embankments and to develop the area around the tank.
