Description

The subject of the contract is the performance of a construction design for the project "Turnkey construction of a gas-steam unit (BGP) for PGE Energia Ciepła S.A., Wybrzeże Branch - CHP Plant in Gdynia together with obtaining a building permit decision.
The subject matter of the order is to prepare construction designs and obtain on behalf of the Ordering Party formal and legal documentation, administrative decisions on the construction permit, pursuant to Art. 28 of the Construction Law Act for the investment consisting in the construction of a gas-steam unit (BGP) in Gdynia CHP Plant together with the accompanying infrastructure and according to and in accordance with the following division into tasks.The works will include five tasks:- Task 1 - preparing the geological-engineering documentation together with the performance and development of the results of the geo-radar survey of the construction site,- Task 2 - design documentation together with the construction permit for the necessary translations of the existing networks and installations located in the area of the planned investment,- Task 3 - design documentation together with the construction permit for the new gas-steam unit with the accompanying infrastructure,- Task 4 - design documentation together with a permit for the construction of a heat accumulator and an ammonia water discharge and storage station with accompanying infrastructure, - Task 5 - support for the contracting authority during the tender procedure for the selection of the general contractor for the investment ("GRI") with regard to the design documentation prepared under this contract.A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been specified in Annex 1 to the ToR available in the contracting authority's purchasing system.
