Norway - Engineering Design — Renewal Construction Stage 1 — Evenes

Description

The assignment consists of describing assignments in accordance with NS 3420 in gprog and creating contract drawings and construction drawings in addition to the SHA plan. A contract will be made based on NS8402 General Contract Provisions for consultancy assignments remunerated according to hours worked. Forsvarsbygg [the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency] shall describe the general part in the description/tender documentation.Forsvarsbygg [the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency] shall see to the renewal of five of the existing buildings at Evenes (two officers quarters, crew quarters, kitchen - mess hall and office building).It is necessary to take into account a number of journeys on site visits, start-up engineering design and project meetingsThe measures described shall involve i.a. upgrading of:— internal surfaces including replacement of floor coverings,— expansion of the capacity of the living quarters (bed places increased from four to six per room) and ensure gender neutrality,— establish office spaces in the Administration buildings,— reconstruction/facilitation for the production and dining facility mess hall/kitchen and new entrance,— replacement of ventilation system,— new supply/cabling for electro and ICT.Therefore there will be a need for ARK, RIB, RIE, RIV, PGL and KP [Architects, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC Engineer, Fire Proofing Engineer and Engineering Design Services].
