Description
Together with the housing corporations DeltaWonen and Welbions, the municipalities of Hardenberg and Zwolle, the Province of Overijssel is focusing on innovations that will be a catalyst for the energy transition. The clients are looking for cooperation with innovative companies to jointly create solutions for the energy transition.
We are looking for affordable renovation packages with smart installation at housing and neighbourhood level as part of the solution. Tenants and home owners must have sufficient confidence in the solution and in the financial and practical feasibility of the solution. The main objective is to increase the sustainability of the heat supply of existing homes that are not going to be substantially renovated. The preconditions are to maintain and/or improve the living comfort and affordability of the solution. Improve the energy performance of dwellings with cultural-historical value and monumental buildings. For old properties, cultural-historical and monumental dwellings and buildings (including schools) in particular, we are looking for a cost-efficient solution that respects the quality of these properties and the neighbourhood. We are looking for solutions to make facilities such as pumping stations, lighting and telecom masts in the outlying area sustainable and future-proof. The main goal is to be able to use energy (electrical and/or heat) at a different time than when it is available, to bridge the seasonal cycle and/or day cycle. For the storage of both electricity and heat, there is a need for innovative solutions that are economically viable and at the same time take up an acceptable amount of space. The focus in this question is on solutions without/with minimal dependency on network companies. The main objective is to generate energy (heat and/or electricity) from (artificial turf) fields, thereby realising multiple use of space. For the generation, storage and distribution of heat and/or electricity there is a need for innovative solutions that are economically viable and at the same time have a socially acceptable earning model. The focus in this question is a solution in which the sports associations also derive (economic) benefit from the application. Do you have an innovation that helps Overijssel achieve its energy goals and can you use the province of Overijssel, and/or participating municipalities and/or housing corporations as your first customer? Doesn't your innovative solution for an Overijssel problem fit one of the defined issues? Then participate in the wildcard! Describe both the innovative solution and the challenge of one or more of the clients, for whom the solution has been devised.
