This includes support for existing print devices and administration of Papercut MF software, both remotely and on-site as required, as well as seamless collaboration with our IT Managed Service Support Vendor, to ensure cohesive and efficient operations. No new print devices are to be supplied at the contract’s commencement, though upgrades may be considered during the term. Please see tender document attached below for further information.
