Description

The subject of the contract is the provision of water rescue and first-aid services at the Sports Facilities Complexes (ZOS) belonging to the Ursynow Sports and Recreation Center, i.e.1) Sports Facilities Complex "Koncertowa" at 4 Koncertowa Street,2) Sports Facilities Complex "Aqua Relaks" at 3 Pod Strzechą Street,3) Sports Facilities Complex "Hirszfelda" at 11 Hirszfelda Street.
The subject of the contract is the provision of water rescue and first-aid services in the Sports Facilities Complexes (ZOS) belonging to the Ursynowskie Centrum Sportu i Rekreacji, i.e.1) Sports Facilities Complex "Koncertowa" at 4 Koncertowa Street,2) Sports Facilities Complex "Aqua Relaks" at 3 Pod Strzechą Street,3) Sports Facilities Complex "Hirszfelda" at 11 Hirszfelda Street.2. The expected total number of lifeguard hours during the period of execution of the contract is a maximum of 33,224.25 hours, including:a) Concert Swimming Pool - 10,456.50;b) Aqua Relaks Swimming Pool - 14,129.50;c) Hirszfelda Swimming Pool - 5,034.50;d) Additional hours resulting from the need to replace full-time employees: 3,603.75 (Aqua Relaks Swimming Pool - 2,000h, Hirszfelda Swimming Pool - 1,603.25h).3. The execution of the subject matter of the contract may be entrusted only to water lifeguards who have:a) valid authorization of a water lifeguard granted by an authorized entity in accordance with the Act of August 18, 2011 on the safety of persons residing in water areas and implementing acts to the same Act;b) completed a course in qualified first aid (KPP) enabling the performance of activities specified in Article 14 item. 1 - 8 of the Act of September 8, 2006 on State Medical Rescue;c) a current medical examination confirming the ability to work as a lifeguard confirmed by a certificate from a medical clinic on the ability to work as a lifeguard and whose health condition allows to provide qualified first aid in accordance with Art. 13. para. 1 pt. 4 on State Medical Rescue;d) up-to-date medical examination for sanitary and epidemiological purposes;e) training in health, safety and fire regulations;f) pass a positive verification (made by an authorized employee of UCSiR based on Annex No. 2 to the contract) in the Register of Sexual Offenders;g) demonstrate knowledge of the Polish language to a sufficient degree to perform this profession, allowing communication with the customer and make an applicable statement in this regard.4.Description of the facilities:1) Concert Swimming Pool:a) sports basin with dimensions of 25x12.5m, depth of 1.0-1.6m (6 lanes).2) Aqua Relax Swimming Pool:a) sports basin with dimensions of 25x16m, depth. 1.2-1.8m (6 lanes),b) recreational basin, irregular shape F=45m², depth 0.9-1.1m,c) slide with braking basin,d) Whirlpool bath for 5 people,e) Roman and Finnish sauna.3) Hirszfelda swimming pool:a) sports basin with dimensions of 25x12.5m, depth of 1.0-1.6m (6 lanes),b) slide with braking basin,c) Whirlpool bath for 5 people.
