Description

At the site of the Vivantes Klinikum Neukölln (KNK), a new building is planned after demolition of the parking garage at the northern end of the main building (building 30). The site borders Kormoranweg to the north and Rudower Straße to the east. The new building will be attached to the existing main building (Building 30).8 bed elevators in accordance with DIN EN 81 Part 20/50 are planned for the new Building 50.The subject of this invitation to tender is all the services in the area of elevator technology that are necessary for the realization of the partial construction measure.

This means that no rails or other fasteners can be inserted when the shaft is formed and everything must be drilled afterwards. The speed of the elevators is 1.0 m/s. The speed of the elevators is 1.0 m/s. In order to ensure special trips (e.g. bed transport, food supply), a pre-equipment for electric cards or key switches in the cabin is provided.According to the current AMEV elevator of 2017, the elevator is equipped with a rope drive. Furthermore, no machine room is required for the traction elevator, as the motor is located in the elevator shaft.An EnEV- kit is to be provided for ventilation and natural smoke extraction. A selected set of architectural plans as at the date of this invitation to tender is attached to these award documents as Annex A6 for orientation and location of the elevator systems in the building.
