Description

supply and delivery of electronic certificates, as well as level 1 and 2 user support. This call for tenders is subject to the provisions of articles L2124-2, R2124-1 and 2 and R2161-2 to 5 of the French Public Procurement Code.
The purpose of the framework agreement is to supply and issue electronic certificates, as described in the special technical clauses (Cctp), as well as level 1 and 2 user support. The objective is to meet the needs of any person (agent/elected official) using the services offered by Mégalis Bretagne and whose missions require authentication or an electronic signature. These certificates will be used as part of the services offered on Mégalis Bretagne's regional e-government platform, and must therefore be compatible with these services, in compliance with current standards and regulations.
