PRE-NOTICE FOR AN ELECTRONIC RESEARCH ADMINISTRATION SYSTEMS AND RELATED SERVICES REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS #2023-449Please note this is not an RFP. No RFP is attached.OECM, BCNET, Cybera, and ISI (the “GPOs”) advise prospective suppliers that they intend to post a non-binding Request for Proposals (RFP) as noted above on the Ontario Tenders Portal (OTP).The objective of the RFP is to award master agreements to one (1) or more qualified suppliers, for the provision of Electronic Research Administration Services, on an as-and-when required basis, for the GPOs’ customer/members.The term sheet resulting from this RFP, if any, will be available to organizations such as educational entities (e.g. Colleges and Universities), Crown corporations, First Nations federal agencies, health and social service entities, municipalities, not-for-profit organizations, provincially funded organizations (“PFO”), shared service organizations, utilities and local boards, any other Public Sector and Broader Public Sector agencies in the respective provinces, boards or commissions or similar entities not mentioned here.The GPOs make no guarantee of the value or volume of work to be assigned from the award of any master agreement resulting from this procurement.It is anticipated that the RFP will be posted on OTP within the next four (4) weeks, with an anticipated award occurring in September 2024.The posting date and time are subject to change at the sole and absolute discretion of the GPOs.This procurement is subject to Chapter Five – Government Procurement of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Chapter Nineteen – Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).OECM will post documents associated with this RFP on OTP only.
