Description

The Syndicat d'électrification du Médoc (SIEM) has decided, in accordance with the texts in force, to create a grouping of controls for the supply of equipment requiring a power less than or equal to 36 kVA. The contract to be awarded includes, among others, the following services: - the complete supply of electrical energy to the delivery points referred to in the specifications of this contract, including the services defined therein;- invoicing for access to and use of the public distribution network under the single contract;- the role of balance responsible in accordance with Article L. 321-15 of the Energy Code. Each member of the grouping, as far as it is concerned, signs the contract and ensures its proper execution; the SIEM being the coordinator of this contract until its notification.
The contract to be awarded shall include the following services, among others: - the complete supply of electrical energy to the delivery points referred to in the specifications of this contract, including the services defined therein;- invoicing for access to and use of the public distribution network under the single contract;- the task of balance responsible in accordance with Article L. 321-15 of the Energy Code.
