Description

Purchase of electricity for the Purchasing Group with the right of option, which includes facilities belonging to: UAM, UMP, AWF, UPP, UEP. The order was divided into 3 parts: Part 1 - purchase of electricity for tariff group B with option right, Part 2 - purchase of electricity for tariff group C, Part 3 - purchase of electricity for tariff group G. The volume of the contract specified in the SWZ is an estimate calculated on the basis of existing electricity consumption, and determines the volumes on the basis of which contractors are required to calculate the price of their bid. Actual energy consumption during the term of the contract may be less than the value specified in the SWZ. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) and (8) of the PPL. The right of option applies only to Part 1.
Purchase of electricity for tariff group B in a total amount of approximately 19,731 MWh, with anticipated purchases by individual units: - UAM - 9,633 MWh/6m-cy- UMP - 6,675 MWh/6m-cy, including 600 MWh covered by the right of option- AWF - 575 MWh/6m-cy- UPP - 1,158 MWh/6m-cy- UEP - 1,690 MWh/6m-cyThe order volume specified above is an estimate calculated on the basis of the electricity consumption to date and determines the volumes on the basis of which contractors are required to calculate the price of their bid. Actual energy consumption during the term of the contract may be less than the value specified above. The Contracting Authority indicates that with regard to the execution of the subject matter of the contract covered by this order, it provides for the right of option referred to in Article 441 paragraph 1 of the PPL Act. The right of option for this order consists in the fact that the Contracting Authority is obligated to purchase only a part of the supplies covered by this order, while with respect to the remaining scope it may purchase these supplies, but is not obligated to do so. The total value of the volume for the Karol Marcinkowski University of Medical Sciences in Poznan is 6675 MWh - including 6075 MWh covered by the basic order + 600 MWh covered by the right of option due to the fact that 2 new consumption points are planned to be added as of January 1, 2023. Detailed information on individual electricity consumption points is presented in the summary statement attached as Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference. Actual energy consumption during the term of the contract may be less than the value specified above. Purchase of electricity for tariff group G in a total amount of approximately 2,230 MWh, with projected purchases by individual units: - UAM - 1,125 MWh/6m-cy- UMP - 80 MWh/6m-cy- AWF - 264 MWh/6m-cy- UPP - 523 MWh/6m-cy- UEP - 238 MWh/6m-cyThe order volume specified above is an estimate calculated on the basis of the electricity consumption to date and determines the volumes on the basis of which contractors are required to calculate the price of their bid.
