Description

The subject matter of this order is the installation, together with the design and commissioning of 16 photovoltaic installations for public buildings in the Municipality of Chynów, in the following locations: Wastewater Treatment Plant in Sułkowice, Wastewater Treatment Plant in Drwalew, SUW Chynów, SUW Drwalew, SUW Drwalew PGR, SUW Grobice, SUW Jakubowizna, SUW Żelechów, SUW Watraszew, PSP Budziszynek, PSP Machcin, PSP Pieczyska, PSP Watraszew, PSP Zalesie, Community Office in Chynów and Culture House in Chynów with a total minimum power of 500 kW.
A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the manner of performing the task can be found in the Functional and Utility Program in PDF format (hereinafter: PFU) - constituting attachment No. 1 to the SWZ. 3) Preparation of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works.4) Provision of the necessary equipment, conduits, fittings and materials.5) Execution of the full scope of works included in the designs.6) Provision of author's supervision within the scope of the works carried out.7) Execution of the necessary accompanying works (e.g. organization of the construction site, construction backup facilities, cleaning the area after the works, etc.).8) Execution of a detailed plan for testing and commissioning of the systems.9) Start-up and commissioning of the photovoltaic installations.10) Provide training to future users.11) Obtain all opinions, agreements, permits and other documents required by special regulations, necessary to obtain permission to use and operate the equipment.12) Prepare operating manuals 13) Provide maintenance services during the warranty period.
