The subject matter of the contract is the supply of electricity to the Contracting Authority's facilities and organisational units within the meaning of Article 16 of the Public Procurement Law Act specified below, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law of 10.4.1997. The Ordering Party informs that the procedure of changing the supplier for energy consumption points will be conducted once again, 48 energy consumption points have a comprehensive agreement (items 94 and 101, attachment no. 6 to the ToR GZWIK and items 170 to 215, attachment no. 6 to the ToR_Gmina Bochnia).The current supplier of electricity for energy consumption points covered by this procedure is: - for entities specified in item 1. from 1) to 5) - Innogy Polska S.A. - the agreement is valid until 31.7.2019 - for entities specified in items 1. from 6) to 19) - PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny Sp. z o.o. - The Contracting Authority will immediately upon signing the contract provide the necessary data to carry out the procedure of changing the supplier in an electronic Excel version - if the data specified in the appendices to this ToR will be insufficient.4 The Contracting Authority informs that the Contractor will be granted an appropriate power of attorney to represent the DSO in matters relating to the notification of the sales contract and to other activities referred to in the ToR. The electricity supplied by the contractor must meet the requirements specified in the applicable regulations, in particular the Energy Law Act and executive acts issued on its basis, as well as other related acts of the applicable law and Polish standards.6 Energy quality and customer service standards have been defined in the applicable executive regulations issued on the basis of the Act of 10.4.1997. - Energy law7. The Contractor shall bear all costs related to the preparation and submission of the tender. The Contracting Authority does not provide for reimbursement of costs of participation in the proceedings.
