The subject matter of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the Pruszków Municipal Office and the organizational units of the Pruszków Municipality for the needs of operation of buildings, premises, utility facilities, street lighting supply - in total 235 points of energy consumption.Estimated amount of energy supplied during the delivery period 6 413 998 kWh, including energy settleda) 24-hour (in groups G11, C11, C11o, C21, B21, R) - 6 268 462 kWh b) in the peak zone (in groups C12a) - 12 315 kWh, c) in the off-peak zone ( in groups C12a) - 31 960 kWh,d) day (in groups C12b, C22b) - 60 368 kWh,e) night (in groups C12b, C22b) - 40 893 kWh.Contracted power for all consumption points totals 4 351 kWh. The estimated energy demand quantities are only for selection of the most advantageous Contractor's offer. The actual value will depend on the amount of energy consumed at each point. The Contracting Authority has concluded agreements with PGE Dystrybucja S.A.

The Customer has concluded agreements with PGE Dystrybucja S.A. with its registered office in Lublin for the distribution of electricity for an indefinite period. The current draft agreement and the list of energy consumption points of the Pruszków Municipality have been attached to this letter. Additional obligations of the Contractor: Before signing the agreement the Contractor shall sign a contract for the distribution of electricity with the Distribution System Operator operating in the city of Pruszków.
