Description

The subject matter of the contract is a comprehensive supply of heat energy, i.e. sale, distribution and transmission of heat through a heat distribution network to municipal buildings at 24, 24A, 24B and 24C Gen. T. Pełczyńskiego St. in the Bemowo District of Warsaw. Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is presented in attachment no. 1 to the SWZ.
Building no. 24 with thermal insulation. Requested thermal power: 0.5053 MW. Including: thermal power for heating: 0.2585 MW, thermal power for central heating: 0.1120 MW. - 0.1120 MW, thermal power for hot water: - maximum - 0.3355 MW, - average - 0.1348 MW, - heat carrier flow rate values for winter and summer: Gz- 6.20 m³/h, GL- 6.96 m³/h2. Building No. 24A with thermal insulation, Ordered thermal power: 0.1296 MW, including: thermal power for heating - 0.0946 MW, thermal power for hot water: - maximum - 0.1050 MW, - average - 0.0350 MW, - heat carrier flow rate values for winter and summer: Gz- 1,59m³/h, , GL- 2,18 m³/h3. Building No. 24B with thermal insulation, Requested thermal power: 0,1284 MW, Of which: thermal power for heating - 0,0934 MW, thermal power for hot water:, - maximum - 0,1050 MW, - average - 0,0350 MW, - values of the heat carrier flow rate for winter and summer: Gz- 1,58 m³/h, GL- 2,18 m³/h 4. Building No. 24C with thermal insulation. Ordered thermal power: 0.3000 MW, including: thermal power for heating - 0.2183 MW, thermal power for hot water: - maximum - 0.1983 MW, - average - 0.0817 MW, - values of heat carrier flow rate for winter and summer: Gz- 3.68 m³/h, GL- 4.11 m³/hHeat knots located in buildings no 24, 24A, 24B, 24C are owned by the Customer.Tariff groups - A3/B1/C3.Place of heat delivery, and thus the place of separation of ownership and operation of equipment/pipelines between the Customer and the Seller are connection valves in the heat substation in buildings no 24, 24A, 24B, 24C.
