Description
The assignments includes, amongst other things, periodic inspections/maintenance, replacement of light sources when required, repair of damage/errors, replacement/installation of street lighting installations, service assignments such as moving masts/cables/street lighting distributions, mounting of meters in street lighting distributions as well as replacement to LED armatures. The tenderer will have function responsibility for some of the assignments.The assignment also includes administration and planning of work assignments, contingency, documentation, meetings, reporting to the builder and handling other assignments that are necessary for the operation, maintenance and renewal of street lighting installations in Bergen municipality.Work on the operation of the street light installations will be continual and daily throughout the contract period.The street lighting installation in Bergen municipality per 15.5.2019 consists of the following: Also see the attached map.Street lighting: 3 133 unitsSteel masts/wire suspension: 2 254 unitsWooden posts: 841 unitsLED armatures, new in 2018: approx. 6 000 unitsLED armatures, new during 2019: approx. 6 000 unitsOverhead lines/cables: unknown.Amplight and CityTouch are used for management and monitoring of the street lighting installation.Amplight must be converted to CityTouch cabinets.
