Draft framework standing agreement concerns the design, supply, delivery and guarantee of:- Secondary Channel Circuit Breakers (DVS RER) are intended to supply, from one or other of the main channels, a beam or part of a beam from the secondary or workshop channels of the RER. Their role is to avoid the risk of catenary breakage caused by the untimely bridging of two sectors by the pantograph of a train when one of the two sectors is de-energized;- elementary section protection contactors for the RER.The role of the contactors of the elementary protective section, called "CSEP" is to avoid the risk of catenary breakage caused by the untimely bridging of two sectors by the pantograph of a train, when one of the two sectors is de-energized. They are contactors in cabs installed in the technical rooms.
The purpose of this framework agreement with orders concerns the design, supply, delivery and guarantee of Secondary Track Circuit Breakers (DVS RER) and Elementary Section Protection Contactors (CSEP).The services include:- the supply of all documentation:- delivery schedule for the documentation,- detailed plans, electrical diagrams...- technical characteristics of the switchgear and assemblies,- maintenance plan,- FDMS;- carrying out tests (first equipment in the factory, first equipment delivery, factory acceptance...), and all associated documentation (PV...);- training.The holder also ensures:- the delivery, transport, unloading and storage of the equipment required in accordance with the technical specifications;- the delivery, transport, unloading and storage of the equipment required in accordance with the technical specifications;- a framework agreement with minimum and maximum quantities, for a period of 48 months, broken down as follows:- the minimum quantities of equipment to be supplied, delivered and guaranteed are six DVS and two CSEP;- the maximum quantities of equipment to be supplied, delivered and guaranteed are seven DVS and sixteen CSEP.
