EUROPEAN UNION FUNDED CALL NEXT GENERATION EU --PNRR M2C2 I.4.2. MASS RAPID TRANSPORT, BUS RAPID TRANSIT (BRT). CIG: 9995046CE0Object of the contract is: the supply of no. 45 (say forty-five) 18-meter 100% electric buses for Bus Rapid Transit BRT public transport service; the supply and installation of no. 16 (say sixteen) pantograph charging points to be installed at the terminals of the two BRT Blue and Red Lines; the supply and installation of no. 67 (say sixty-seven) plug-in charging points to be installed at the depot; the supply of no. 1 portable charging trolley with a maximum charging power of 40 kW.All of the above supply shall be understood to include equipment, software, workmanship, installations, and in any case anything else necessary for the proper supply and installation in a workmanlike manner that will ensure the complete and efficient operation of the BRT transport system.
CUP: E51D20001110001 (BLUE LINE and DEPOSIT), E51J20000070001 (RED LINE) ; CIG: 9995046CE0The contract is financed under the PNRR by the European Union- NextGenerationEU with:- Decree-Law 34 of 19.05.2020 converted with amendments by Law no. 77 of 17.07.2020, in art.- 213 by which the expenditure of 130 million euros was authorized in favor of the Municipality of Taranto for the construction of the BLU Line "Tamburi-Talsano" of the Bus Rapid Transit Network and the Depot CUP: E51D20001110001, including rolling stock, to be realized by 30.09.2024;- Ministerial Decree No. 448 of November 16, 2021 - "Mass Rapid Transport - Allocation of resources pertaining to the M2C2 measure - I 4.2 of the NRP," by which MIMS allocated to the Municipality of Taranto the resources for the intervention "New BRT network electric carrier line envisaged by PUMS Taranto - Red Line "Paolo VI-Cimino" CUP: E51J20000070001 in the amount of € 134.558,977.17, including rolling stock, to be implemented by 30.06.2026.The amount of the supply placed on the basis of the tender is € 45,900,000.00 excluding VAT, this amount includes the cost of labor estimated at € 306,000. The total amount of the supply is € 46,050,000.00, including safety charges not subject to rebate, estimated at € 150,000 excluding vat.The vehicles must comply with all regulations in force within the territory of the Republic of Italy and EU directives, comply with the requirements and specific equipment features indicated in the Specifications, observe the clauses pertaining to CAM as per Ministerial Decree of June 17, 2021 "Minimum Environmental Criteria for the purchase, leasing, renting, hiring of road transport vehicles" and observe the principle of Do no significant harm, DNSH ("Do no significant harm") as per Article 9 of EU Regulation no. 2020/852 of June 18, 2020, with reference to the taxonomy system of environmentally sustainable activities indicated in Article 17 of the aforementioned Regulation (EU) 2020/852, which defines, precisely, environmental objectives.
