Stromnetz Hamburg GmbH ("SNH") invites tenders for the period 01.01.2024 - 31.12.2024 as well as the option to extend the contract by 2 x 2 years for further training requirements, training, coaching and certification (hereinafter referred to as "measures") in 9 lots:Lot 1 - Communication and interactionLot 2 - Personal development and self-managementLot 3 - HealthLot 4 - Leadership developmentLot 5 - Modern working environmentsLot 6 - General managementLot 7 - DigitalLot 8 - Project managementLot 9 - Coaching and mediationThe establishment of a pool of further training service providers is planned. The number of framework agreements to be concluded for each lot is specified in the respective lots. The decision to award the contract will be made on a lot-by-lot basis, so that a bidder has the option of being awarded several lots.SNH intends to build up an internal training catalog, which will require changes and adjustments within the contract period. Prior to the inclusion of SNH-specific content in the continuing education catalog, the contracting agency will conduct "mini-inquiries" among the framework agreement partners. The agreed prices and agreements apply unchanged, the qualitative differences of the framework contract partners are evaluated in these mini-inquiries. For this purpose, SNH prepares an evaluation matrix which is made available to the framework agreement partners in the course of the mini-enquiries. The framework agreement partner who has been awarded the contract for a specific measure will carry it out within the contract period of the framework agreement. SNH is further entitled to participate in the bidder's open seminars (standard seminars), provided they are offered. For this purpose, the bidder will communicate a discount rate on its respective seminar prices.
Communication and interactions are key factors for a successful daily work routine. These trainings are intended to support employees* to improve their communication and interaction skills in different contexts, to reflect on their appearance and impact, and to optimize their interaction in moderation and presentation. The training courses should cover the following topics, among others:- Enhancement of communication skills (e.g. basics of communication, preparation, execution and control of conversations, comprehensible argumentation even in difficult conversation situations, reflection on one's own communication style) - Conducting conversations and negotiations (e.g. Customer communication and customer orientation, conducting employee and feedback discussions, communication and negotiation techniques, preparing and conducting negotiation discussions, dealing with difficult negotiation partners and situations, reflecting on one's own appearance) - Confidence and sovereignty (e.g. sovereignty and authenticity, reflecting on and representing one's own point of view, techniques for dealing with objections, mastering challenging discussion situations)- Moderation, presentation and structuring meetings (e.g. Moderation, presentation and design of meetings (e.g. setting objectives, principles and roles, structure and planning, activating and involving participants, visualization techniques, dealing with disruptions and conflicts, special features of moderation and design of face-to-face vs. online/hybrid events) - Dealing with conflicts (e.g. types of conflict in the profession, conflict styles, conflict analysis and conflict resolution, moderation of conflicts, error culture, feedback culture). Feedback and dealing with mistakes (e.g. from problem orientation to solution orientation, giving and taking feedback, talking about critical topics, de-escalating emotional situations (fear, feeling attacked, etc.), dealing positively with mistakes, enabling joint learning from experience)Number of participants12 regular participants. The trainings should be as practical as possible, based on proven methods and best practices, strengthen personal development and provide practical tools and techniques that help participants to promote their health.The trainings should cover the following topics, among others:- Resilience- Mindfulness- Work-life balance- Stress management- Dealing with pressure of expectations and performanceThis list is not to be considered complete. It is also possible to offer several one-day trainings with specific topics, which build on each other. The in-house full-day trainings usually take place from 09:00 - 17:00, half-day trainings: usually 08:30 - 12:30 or 13:30 - 17:30. The times may vary and can be arranged individually. With our in-house leadership development, we support SNH leaders to further develop their leadership competencies, always oriented towards the challenges of the working world and the business environment today and tomorrow, and thus tailored to the specific needs and challenges at SNH.Topics such as mobile working, hybrid working, agile leadership, resilience, etc. are some of the topics that have been on the minds of leaders in recent years. Managing projects or working successfully on projects places special demands on the leadership and methodological skills of employees. The aim of the training is to link the various topics of project management and to build up a holistic understanding of project management. Additional content in the respective topic area will be implemented in coordination with the service provider and according to the needs of Stromnetz Hamburg GmbH. - Not all topics have to be covered, however, the minimum number of topics mentioned must be covered.- Professional implementation based on individualized method selection, the principle of "self-learning and help for self-help", ensuring the transfer to practice, working with homework, ensuring the professional reference and practical applicability.- The coach complies with his work assignment for job-related coaching, clear demarcation from other forms of necessary support.- The coach or mediator has demonstrably relevant education and training - Data protection and confidentialityGuarantee SNH requirements and no disclosure of information to third parties (also internally)- The working approach is solution and resource oriented, systemic in the way of thinking and working, open-ended and non-intentional.- At the beginning of the working process, a clarification of goals takes place, if necessary Free preliminary meeting (approx. 15 minutes) to get to know the coach and coachee, in order to ensure on both sides that a constructive working relationship is likely.- Presence coaching can take place both on the premises of SNH and in the coach's own premises- Coaching should be possible in individual or group format as required. The coaching sessions should cover the following topics, among others:- Social competencies (expanding social skills and communication skills, conducting conversations, negotiating, dealing with conflicts...)- Personal competencies (developing growth mindset, women in leadership positions, stress management and resilience, reflection skills, inner clarification and decision-making processes...) - Leadership competencies (employee and team development, potential development, role identification, lateral leadership...) - Methodological competencies (improvement of work and self-organization, problem-solving ability and solution orientation, prioritization and focus formation, dealing with complexity/ambiguity...).)- Entrepreneurial competence (customer orientation, accompanying change processes, decision-making and enforcement, goal and result orientation...)- Conflict moderation (mediation of various conflictual issues)- Mediation (conducting mediations, crisis intervention, conflict analysis and diagnosis, process support for finding solutions)This list is not to be considered complete.
