The Pointe-de-l'Île School Services Centre is calling for tenders for the replacement of an air conditioning unit.
All bidders must comply with the requirements contained in the call for tenders documents and its addenda, if applicable.
Timeline
The Contractor will be able to mobilize on the site of the works, as of May 17, 2021.
The starting date of the work is May 17, 2021.
The date of taking possession before the (anticipated) completion of the work for this project is (non/applicable) .
The Reserved Acceptance of Work date is August 20, 2021 . This date establishes the end of the work.
Correction of deficiencies must be completed no later than September 10, 2021 , 21 days after the date of conditional acceptance of the work.
Unreserved acceptance of the work is scheduled for November 9, 2021, sixty (60) days after the end of the deficiency correction period.
Information meeting / site visit
The school service centre invites bidders to an information meeting followed, if necessary, by a visit to the site of the work, led by professionals.

The meeting point will be in the lobby of the main entrance of the establishment.
Although it is not mandatory, attendance at this meeting is strongly recommended. No one can claim to be unaware of the conditions existing at the time the work is being carried out.
The School Board is not responsible for any verbal information provided during this visit.
