Düsseldorf University Hospital operates around 200 elevators in the associated buildings on its campus. In the course of planned maintenance, elevator 63 (see Table 1) in building 17.21 is to be refurbished. The elevator connects the production level U1 (kitchen) in the staff restaurant with the staff restaurant on level 00. The elevator control system, the car control panel, the external displays and the call buttons are to be replaced. The elevator is a 1-stage electric hydraulic elevator based on the backpack principle with a travel height of 540 cm. At no time during the renovation work may there be a standstill during installation due to a lack of material. After cleaning and completion of the work, the system must be available to the user again without restriction.The following details, among others, must be taken into account when calculating the individual prices:Factory and assembly planning, transport and logistics, assembly and disassembly, professional disposal of all removed or other parts and components that must be disposed of.The client reserves the right to take over certain elevator parts as replacements in its inventory.When delivering and bringing in material, care must be taken to ensure that hospital operations inside and outside the buildings are not impaired. Any short-term closures or disruptions that are essential for the fulfillment of the contractual service must be agreed with the client in advance.Attachment 6 contains the site plan of the campus in which the building 17.21 Supply Center (VZ) is circled.
