Description

this contract is awarded under a formalized procedure in accordance with articles L1111-1, L1111-3 and L2124-1, and articles R2124-1 and R2124-2-1 of the French public procurement code.the contract is valid for 18 months from the date of notification. Notwithstanding article 3.1.2 of the ccags fcs, notification is deemed to have taken place on the date the documents are sent to the buyer's profile. This will concern the supply and delivery of a used heavy goods vehicle equipped with a reconditioned 20 m3 refuse collection body, with a maximum age of 3 years and 80,000 km. The basic bid and the alternative bid must be clearly identified and submitted on the buyer profile in the same envelope; under no circumstances may they be submitted twice.
