Description

The municipality of Helbedündorf is issuing a public invitation to tender in accordance with VOB A § 3 Para. 1 and ThürVgO for the dry construction work on the school building at Keula elementary school.
The following services are to be provided:
- Site equipment
Shafts Dry construction
- GK filling of cable and duct shafts approx. 85 m2
- Grouting of shafts approx. 340 m
- Corner protection rails approx. 170 m
- Connection to solid walls approx. 340 m
Sanitary installation constructions
- GKBi Inst facing shell h= 1.20 m 2x12.5 approx. 20 m2
- GKBi Inst. facing shell, room height, 2x12.5 approx. 60 m2
- Corner protection rail, plasterboard cladding approx. 11 m
- Connection to solid walls approx. 20 m
- Cut-outs round d up to 71 mm approx. 50 pcs.
- Cut-outs round d up to 72-150 mm approx. 20 pcs.
- Rectangular cut-outs up to 200/300 mm approx. 14 pcs.
- Delivery and installation of an inspection flap 200/200 m approx. 5 pcs.
Dry walls
- GK+GKBi assembly walls, CW75/125,2x12,5,MW60 approx. 11 m2
Dismantling cassette ceiling
- Removal of the ODW ceiling panels, transportation in the building and storage (as required) approx. 125 m2
- Dismantling of the ODW support rails (required item) approx. 125 m2
Production of cassette ceiling
- Attach substructure approx. 620 m2
- Produce coffered ceiling supplied panels approx. 500 m2
- Produce coffered ceiling on-site panels approx. 120 m2
- Wall connection approx. 450 m
The work is to be carried out while the school is in operation.
