Description

IKK classic hereby announces that it will conclude non-exclusive discount agreements with all interested and suitable pharmaceutical companies in the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2023 for various active ingredients and combinations of active ingredients on equal, non-negotiable terms in accordance with Section 130a (8) of the German Social Code Book V. The earliest contract start date is 01.01.2022, provided that the signed contract and all necessary evidence, self-declarations and documents are received by IKK classic by 05.12.2021. Thereafter, the following applies: If the documents are received by the 5th of a respective month in the possible accession period, the contract will begin on the 1st of the following month. If the documents are received after the 5th of the respective month in the possible accession period, the contract will begin on the 1st of the month after next. Accession to the agreement is possible at any time during the specified period, but no later than 05.11.2023. For further details, see section VI.3).
