Open house contracts for various active ingredients until September 30, 2025.In the open house procedure, medicinal products are excluded according to the BfArM list pursuant to Section 35 (5a) SGB V (pediatric medicinal products).
The subject of this publication is the conclusion of contracts in accordance with Section 130a (8) of the German Social Code, Book V (SGB V) for various active ingredients within the framework of a so-called open house procedure. All suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies are offered the opportunity to conclude or join a rebate contract in accordance with Section 130a (8) of the German Social Code, Book V for the above-mentioned active ingredient, subject to uniform contract conditions and a uniform access procedure. The earliest start of the contract is 01.10.2023, the end of the contract is 30.09.2025. Joining this open house procedure is possible at any time during the contract period.
