Description

The subject of the order is the delivery of dressing materials. The subject of the contract is divided into thirty four partial orders (packages). Within the scope of the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor shall ensure successive delivery of the assortment specified in Annex 2 to the ToR - Price Form, referred to as the subject of the delivery. Requirements concerning the medical device and the medicinal product: a) If applicable: medical device: all medical devices offered by the Economic Operator should be admitted to marketing in accordance with the applicable regulations, i.e. in accordance with the Act of 20 May 2010 on Medical Devices and its implementing acts. b) If applicable: medicinal product: all medical products offered by the Economic Operator should be admitted to marketing in the territory of the Republic of Poland - in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 6 September 2001. - Pharmaceutical law.
The subject matter of the contract includes: non-woven triangular shawl, setons sterilized from gauze, tupfers from gauze. The subject of the contract includes: sterilized non-woven compresses. The subject of the contract is: non-woven compresses, 17 threaded gauze, non-sterile, 100 % gauze compresses, non-sterile, sterilized gauze, to be used as an invasive product. The subject of the order includes: sterile compress, highly absorbent for heavily seeping wounds. The subject of the order includes: diapers, anatomical inserts for women. Subject of the contract: diapers, anatomical inserts for women:
- sterile compress made of calcium alginate fibres,
- sterile dressing for wounds requiring active cleansing for 24 hours,
- self-adhesive sterile hydrocolloid dressing,
- sterile hydrocolloid dressing for elbow and heel,
- sterile hydrocolloid dressing for the sacral region,
- antibacterial sterile dressing with neutral ointment,
- Foam dressing, sterile for supplying artificial fistulas,
- sterile 4-ply lymphatic dressing for wounds with a lot of exudate.
The subject of the order includes: absorbable hemostatic collagen surgical matrix, sterile. Subject of the order includes:
- sterile hydrogel dressing,
- Bactericidal dressing for central catheters,
- aqueous peroxide solution,
- peroxide gel,
- a preparation containing colloidal silver and the sodium salt of hyaluronic acid.
The subject of the contract is: cold and warm compress, not sterile. The subject of the contract is
- a sticker without a dressing,
- a surgical jammer,
- a transparent bandage for peripheral cannulas,
- a transparent sterile dressing to supply the places after skin grafting,

The subject of the contract includes: surface hemostat. The subject of the contract includes:
- very absorbent hygienic primers,
- gynecological primers, very absorbent.
The subject of the contract includes:
- hydrofibre dressing with silver ions,
- a hydrofiber dressing with silver ions,
- hydrocolloid dressing,
- foam dressing,
- lymphatic tamponade, antibacterial,
- surgical dressing,
- hydrogel dressing,
- sealing and healing paste.
The subject matter of the contract includes:
- sterile dressing made of tulle cotton mesh,
- cotton gauze tampons.
The subject of the contract is - quick-drying plaster band. Subject of the contract: 100 % gauze swabs. The subject of the contract includes: a serviette (in a technological process with pre-washing) operational, sterile. The subject of the contract is: a band lining synthetic cotton wool. The subject of the contract covers
- hydrogel dressing, sterile,
- Transparent polyurethane foil dressing, sterile,
- protective cream for skin - to protect intimate places from the harmful effects of urine.
The subject of the contract includes:
- cellulose wadding, non-sterile,
- cotton-viscose dressing wadding.
The subject of the contract covers - absorbable gelatin sponge (made of pork gelatin), hemostatically acting. The subject of the contract covers: - sterile hemodialysis kit which includes both connection and disconnection. The subject of the order includes:
- sterile dressing sets
- disposable cassette allowing the use of the original solution container,
- a single-use wound discharge collection tank,
- a dressing kit for use on a closed wound,
- a drain plug,
- Y-connector.
The subject of the contract is - a pump and disposable dressings for vacuum treatment of postoperative wounds. The subject of the contract is - a range of products for vacuum wound treatment, including free rental of the device for the duration of the treatment. The subject matter of the order includes:
- post-surgical foil dressing,
- sterile, three-layered bandage,
- self-adhesive, absorbent, hydrocellular foam dressing,
- Antimicrobial, absorbent, self-adhesive, sterile foam dressing,
- sterile, self-adhesive, absorbent foam dressing,
- sterile, amorphous hydrogel to remove necrotic tissue,
- a gauze dressing soaked in paraffin and 0,5 % chlorhexidine.
The subject of the contract is: - diapers for children. The subject of the contract is:
- Protective skin cream - to be used in the prevention of bedsores and to protect intimate places from harmful effects of urine, containing an odour neutraliser,
- protective skin foam for cleansing intimate areas of incontinence, containing an odour neutraliser.
