Description
The present specifications apply to the study mission concerning the elaboration of a plan for the prevention of foreseeable natural risks in the commune of Bayons in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence.
The commune has an informative cartography of natural phenomena (CIPN) designed to provide cartographic and thematic information relating to certain natural phenomena in sectors not covered by plans for the prevention of foreseeable natural risks (PPRN).
The plan for the prevention of foreseeable natural risks covers the following risks: flooding (by overflowing streams, torrential rivers and torrents, by urban and peri-urban runoff, and by rising groundwater), collapses and subsidence, landslides, associated mudflows and creep, in particular gypsum-related land movements, sharp erosion and intense gullying, rockfalls and avalanches.
This is a multi-risk PPRN, covered by a single contract.
