Description

The kitchen planner will be responsible for the technical planning of the canteen kitchen, the food counter, the kiosk in the building and the teaching kitchen. The work phases 3-8 are to be commissioned in stages. The kitchen planning is to be based on the preliminary draft planning already drawn up by a specialist planner. The areas designated there are to be further developed in terms of planning, meaningful functional sequences are to be ensured for economical kitchen operations and the hygienic and logistical requirements for a school canteen and canteen operation as well as for the kiosk operation are to be ensured. In addition, the client is to be advised on the basis of the agreed concept of a mixed kitchen with regard to a catering concept and is to be advised on the preparation of a corresponding invitation to tender for a tenant and supported in terms of planning and concept both in the building design and the canteen together with a kiosk should ensure lunch and cafeteria operation and support the full-day operation of the schools over as long a period as possible by providing drinks and snacks. The dining area is intended to be a meeting place for activities outside the classroom as well as for meals. The library should also be able to use the cafeteria. Outside core opening hours, supplementary supply via vending machines is also conceivable. The client aims to implement the Smart-Eating principle. With regard to facilities, technology and equipment, there are no operator-specific requirements, as the canteen is generally put out to tender every three years by the school administration office. An attractive range of services should also ensure that at least 100 meals a day are sold for the lessee. The planning services are based on the technical planning for building services in accordance with § 55 HOAI 2013. The services are combined in a plant group. Other system groups are not planned for kitchen planning. The City of Bochum assumes that the fee zone II adequately reflects the degree of difficulty. The planning service must be provided with the aim that in the interaction between the object planner and the other specialist planners a feasible building design is reliably developed according to the recognised rules of technology and in accordance with the space programme and that its realisation is monitored and ensured within the framework of the specialist construction management. In the project, the successive dismantling work as well as the removal of all pollutants in all existing buildings will be implemented taking into account the overall project schedule planned by the project planner. The planning of the entire project, which also includes the planning processes of the kitchen planning as well as the execution processes of the later construction trades of the kitchen planning, must take into account the requirements of the shortest possible construction time and the least possible impairment of school operations.
