The subject of the contract is "Delivery of ball valves" divided into two Parts: Part 1: "Delivery of ball valves with welding ends". For the tasks carried out within the framework of the Project entitled "Improvement of energy efficiency of heat transmission through modernization of heat distribution networks Stage 1" (POIS.01)..05.00-00-00-0008/16-00)- Improvement of energy efficiency of heat transmission through modernisation of heat distribution networks at Stage 2 (POIS.01.05.00-00-0009/16-00)- "Improvement of energy efficiency through change of heat supply method consisting in liquidation of group heat centres and their conversion into individual heat centres together with construction of new heat connections". Effective distribution of heat and cooling - "Construction of new networks, connections and nodes to new facilities" (POIS.01).06.02-00-00-0018/16-00 co-financed from the European Union funds from the Cohesion Fund within the framework of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment for the years 2014-2020, Priority Axis I: Decreasing the emissivity of the economy, Measure 1.6 Promoting the use of high-efficiency cogeneration of heat and electricity based on the demand for usable heat, Sub-measure: 1.6.2 Heat and cooling networks for high-efficiency cogeneration sources.2Detailed data on the subject of the order and its scope are specified in Attachment No. 1 and Attachment No. 4 to ToR.3. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor offer equipment from one manufacturer for the entire assortment.4. The equipment being the subject of the order must be brand new, unused, i.e. manufactured not earlier than 6 months before the date of its delivery to the Contracting Authority and meet the requirements specified in Attachment No. 4 to ToR.5.The equipment which is the subject of the contract must meet the following requirements: - the Act of 16.4.2004 on construction products (uniform text, Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1570, as amended) together with executive regulations to this Act, - the Act of 30.8.2002. the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 11 July 2016 on requirements for pressure equipment and pressure equipment assemblies (Journal of Laws 2016, item 1036) introducing Directive 2014/68/EU into Polish law.6The devices being the subject of the order must have:6.1 Catalogue sheets of the offered devices in Polish language containing a description of the construction and materials used, operating parameters (maximum pressure and maximum temperature), cross-sectional drawings of the fittings concerning the structural solutions of the sealing unit, a shut-off element (ball) and a valve stem together with a specification of the main dimensions.6Declaration of conformity with Directive 2014/68/EU.6.4. PN-EN ISO 9001:2008 Certificate or later, concerning the subject matter of the contract.7. Required minimum quality guarantee period for the completed subject matter of the contract: 24 months from the date of their protocol acceptance. Guarantee in accordance with the conditions specified in Chapters XV and XVII of the ToR.
