1. the subject of the contract is the supply of medical devices according to 7 packages to the headquarters of the Purchaser (Krakow, Os. Złotej Jesieni 1), in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annexes No. 1 to the present specification. (2) The validity / warranty period of the subject matter of the contract shall not be shorter than 12 months from the date of delivery. 3. the Contractor undertakes to carry out, at the request of the Ordering Party, training of the Ordering Party's staff at its headquarters - os. Złotej Jesieni 1, Kraków, together with the first delivery of goods to the Hospital Pharmacy at the date agreed in writing with the Ordering Party, but no later than within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. (4) The Contractor shall be obliged to submit the attendance list of the training course referred to in paragraph 3 with the signatures of the trained users stating their actual attendance to the Hospital Pharmacy, within 5 working days from the date of the training course. (5) The Contracting Authority reserves the right to ask the Contractors at the stage of examination and evaluation of tenders to provide samples of the offered subject matter of the contract in order to test them and verify the Contractor's technical or professional capacity to perform the contract. The costs associated with this shall be borne by the Contractor. (6) Bids that do not have the full scope of the subject matter of the contract (in terms of the part to which they relate) will be rejected. (7) Other terms and conditions of the order shall be specified in the draft contract, attached as Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
