The subject of the contract is the delivery of medical devices - gloves to the headquarters of the Orderer, (Krakow, Złota Jesień 1), in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Appendix 1 to this specification.2 The validity / warranty period of the subject of the contract may not be less than 12 months from the date of delivery.3The Contractor undertakes to carry out, at the request of the Purchaser, training of the Purchaser's staff at its headquarters - os.
