Description

The subject of the contract is to establish in the IT system of the District Starosty in the Limanowa database of topographic objects of detail ensuring the creation of standard cartographic studies in scales 1:500-1:5000 (BDOT500) and the database of geodetic register of the land development network (GESUT) in the area of the registration unit Mszana Dolna - commune [Id 120709_2]. The created BDOT500 and GESUT databases should be consistent with the conceptual models of these databases specified respectively in the Regulation of the Minister of Administration and Digitization of 2 November 2015 on the database of topographic objects and the basic map (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 2028) and the Regulation of the Minister of Administration and Digitization of 21 December 2011 on the database of topographic objects and the basic map (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 2028).10.2015 regarding the district GESUT database and the national GESUT database (Journal of Laws 2015, item 1938).1. The subject of the contract includes in particular: 1) Notification of geodetic work in PODGiK in Limanowa;2) Precise analysis of materials being the source of the BDOT500 and GESUT databases created, among others, the following 3) Digitalization, calibration and transformation to the PL-2000 system of flat rectangular coordinates provided by the Ordering Party, as well as analogue sheets of the master map and appropriate overlays;4) Creation of a database of topographic objects with details ensuring the creation of standard cartographic studies in scales 1:500 - 1:5000 (BDOT500) and the database of the surveying register of the land development network (GESUT) in the area of the surveying unit Mszana Dolna - commune [Id 120709_2] in accordance with the provisions of the Act on Surveying and Cartographic Law, executive regulations of this Act and guidelines of this Description of the subject of the Order for the partial assignment No. 1;5) Verification of correctness and conformity with the application scheme and substantive correctness of the created BDOT500 and GESUT databases;6) Completion and transmission of technical documentation from the completed works to the Awarding Entity in the form of a technical report;7) Implementation of created databases in TurboEWID;8) Execution of actions harmonizing database sets BDOT500, GESUT and other sets functioning in BDST, including ensuring coherence of BDOT500, GESUT and EGiB databases by maintaining spatial and topological relations of objects in these databases, by checking conditions of interoperability and correctness of graphic reports and control of geometric and syntactic relations between database objects;(9) Transmission of the initial GESUT database to the network owners for the purpose of issuing the opinion referred to in Article 14. 28e of the PGiK Act;10) Carrying out appropriate agreements on the content of the GESUT database with the network managers;11) Removing irregularities and introducing necessary changes in the content of the GESUT database, resulting from the agreements made and opinions issued by the authorities;12) Providing the Ordering Party with documentation on the conducted agreements and works.2The detailed scope and technical requirements for the performance of works are specified in the model contract for the partial task no. 1 and the Description of the subject matter of the contract, for the partial task no. 1 with the attachments attached to the ToR.3. The Ordering Party requires a minimum warranty period of 24 months for the performed services, counted from the date of faultless final acceptance of the subject of the contract. Warranty period over the minimum period is a criterion for evaluation of offers on terms specified in point 18.2 of the ToR.4. Warranty period: 24 months in accordance with Article 568 § 1 of the Civil Code of 23.4.1964. (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1025 as amended).
