Description
The Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) is seeking Proposals to provide a secure a comprehensive and integrated digital solution that replaces the current Digital Clinical Practice Manual (DCPM) iBook and FRG applications, addressing the limitations of the existing systems while leveraging the latest technological advancements. The new DCPM solution must provide real-time, secure, and user-friendly access to clinical guidelines, facilitate near real-time updates to content, and include operational calculators and advanced analytics features.
Key components of the project scope include:
Content Migration: Successful migration of all existing DCPM content to the new solution with no loss of data fidelity.
System Integration: Seamless integration with existing QAS systems to maintain operational continuity and data integrity.
User Access Management: Robust access control mechanisms tailored to different user roles within QAS.
Real-Time Notifications: A reliable system for notifying users of critical content updates within a maximum latency of 90 seconds.
Business Intelligence: Advanced analytics tools to provide insights into organizational performance and inform decision-making.
Training and Support: Comprehensive training for QAS staff on the new system and ongoing support to ensure effective adoption and use.
Security and Compliance: Adherence to stringent security and privacy standards to protect sensitive clinical information.

Submit any requests for clarifications before 12pm Thursday 22 February 2024; and
Submit a response by 12pm Thursday 29 February 2024.
