Description

Purchase and successive delivery of diesel fuel to the tank located at the headquarters of the ordering party.Purchase of diesel fuel in the total amount of 1472000 dm3 ON B7 (1472 m3 ON). The contracting authority has an underground tank with a capacity of 20 m3.The estimated demand for diesel in 1 month is about 47 m3 of diesel (about 6 deliveries per month).Fuel is accepted on working days from Monday to Friday, preferred hours: 9.00-13.00).The contracting authority reserves the possibility of not fulfilling the subject of the contract in full. Minimum 50%. The Ordering Party will pay the Contractor the remuneration for the completed deliveries using the split payment mechanism referred to in Article 108a of the VAT Act, by transfer to the Contractor's bank account (ballist VAT) within030 days, starting from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party of a properly prepared invoice.Settlements between the Ordering Party and the Contractor will be made exclusively in Polish zloty (PLN), excluding foreign currencies.
c.d. from point II.1.4) Short description:The Contractor guarantees that the fuel sold will meet the quality requirements specified in the Ordinance of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680, as amended) and the requirements specified in the standard replacing PN-EN 590 with PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06, unless the aforementioned regulations change. In that case, the applicable standard shall apply.The Contractor shall deliver fuel to the Ordering Party's tank at the appointed time, using means of transportation that meet the standards stipulated by environmental regulations.The Ordering Party does not trade in liquid fuels. The ordered fuel will be used only for its own purposes.The Ordering Party agrees to receive fuel on the basis of a reading and printout from a legalized tanker dispenser. Confirmation of the amount of fuel received will be a printout from the legalized tanker dispenser, confirmed by the signature of an authorized representative of the Ordering Party and the Contractor, which is the basis for issuing a FV.All costs and components related to the execution of the subject of the contract, in particular, costs related to delivery and transportation, insurance, including customs duties and taxes, labor costs, etc. should be included in the bid price. The detailed scope and method of execution of deliveries is specified in the provisions of the draft agreement attached to the SWZ.The Employer allows amendments to the agreement, including Article 455 of the PPL - due to lack of space - detailed information in the SWZ and draft provisions of the agreement.Term of performance of the agreement: until 31.12.2025.The Employer does not trade in liquid fuels. The ordered fuel will be used only for its own purposes.The Contractor guarantees that the sold fuel will meet the quality requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680, as amended) and the requirements specified in the standard replacing PN-EN 590 with PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06, unless the aforementioned regulations change. In that case, the applicable standard shall apply. Quality requirements and test methods are presented in the table in Ch. 2, item 2.9 of the SWZ.The Contracting Authority shall apply the procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law.Detailed information in the SWZ and appendix to the SWZ.Contractors may apply for the award of the contract who:Are not subject to exclusion from the proceedings under Article 108(1) and Article 109(1)(1) of the Public Procurement Law, taking into account the exclusions arising from the provisions of Article 393(4) of the Public Procurement Law.Are not subject to exclusion from the proceedings under Art. 7 of the Law of April 13, 2022 on special solutions to prevent support for aggression against Ukraine and to protect national security (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835, as amended)Are not subject to exclusion from the proceedings pursuant to Article 5 k of Regulation 833/2014, as amended by Regulation 2022/576, which is general in scope, binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
