1 The subject of the order is the supply of diesel fuel in the amount of 1,300,000 liters and unleaded ethanol 95 in the amount of 20,000 liters over a period of 24 months.A. 1 The subject of the order is the supply of diesel fuel in the amount of 1,300,000 liters and unleaded ethanol 95 in the amount of 20,000 liters over a period of 24 months.2.Required parameters:A. diesel oil :- Diesel oil must meet the PN-EN 590+A1:2017-06/Ap1 standard, in accordance with the climatic conditions for moderate climate according to table 2a of the aforementioned standard, the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2015 item 1680) and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of March 25, 2010 on methods for testing the quality of liquid fuels (i.e. Journal of Laws 2017 item 247)- in the period from October to March, the Contractor will ensure the supply of Arctic diesel fuel IŻ 40 with a cold filter locking temperature (CFPP) of up to - 34 o C (the exact date of commencement and completion of "winter" diesel fuel supplies will be determined during the term of the contract).B. Ethylene :- unleaded ethanol 95 must meet the standard PN-EN 228+A1:2017-06, in accordance with the climatic conditions for a temperate climate, the requirements set forth in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2015, item 1680). and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of March 25, 2010 on the methods of testing the quality of liquid fuels (i.e., OJ 2017, item 247)- in the period from October to March, the Contractor shall ensure the supply of unleaded ethanol with a cold filter blocking temperature (CFPP) of up to - 30 o C. (the exact date of commencement and completion of deliveries of "winter" unleaded ethanol will be determined during the term of the contract the dates given are planned dates).3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Annex 2 to the SWZ.
