The subject of the contract is delivery of liquid fuels for means of transport and equipment belonging to Zakład Gospodarki i Usług Komunalnych Sp. z o.o. in Lubań: a. unleaded petrol Pb 95 - directly to tanks of the orderer's vehicles or tanks for the orderer's equipment at a petrol station of the selected contractor in an average annual quantity of 7 200 litres; b. diesel oil ON - directly to tanks of the orderer's vehicles or tanks for the orderer's equipment at a petrol station of the selected contractor in an average annual quantity of 400 000 litres.
The subject of the contract is delivery of liquid fuels for means of transport and equipment belonging to Zakład Gospodarki i Usług Komunalnych Sp. z o.o. in Lubań: a. unleaded petrol Pb 95 - directly to tanks of the Ordering Party's vehicles or tanks for the Ordering Party's equipment at a petrol station of a selected contractor in an average annual quantity of 7 200 litres;b. diesel fuel ON - directly to the orderer's vehicle tanks or tanks for the orderer's equipment at a petrol station of a selected contractor in an average annual quantity of 400,000 litres. information:a) date of issue; b) registration number of the refuelled vehicle; c) quantity of issued fuel; d) retail price of issued fuel; e) name of the driver or authorized employee;The fuel supplier shall always enter the fact of fuel issue, its type and quantity and retail price in the driver's road card, confirming it with his signature and stamp, - The supplier of liquid fuels shall issue fuel at his stations within the territory of the city of Lubañ or not more than 2 km away from the city limits,- the station dispensing liquid fuels should be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,- fuel deliveries will be invoiced every 10 days and paid by bank transfer to the supplier's account, within a period not shorter than 10 days,- settlements between the ordering party and the supplier will be settled in PLN.
