Description

The LZN is responsible for the procurement of goods and services for the direct Lower Saxony state administration (cf. § 2 of the LZN's operating instructions). With the approval of its supervisory authority, the LZN can take over further tasks for public-law entities within and outside the Lower Saxony state administration as well as for private-law companies in full public ownership (cf. § 3 of the operating instructions). In this competence, the LZN invites tenders for a framework agreement with a company (§ 21 of the VgV) for the supply of drug pre-testers for the police stations of the state of Lower Saxony. Further details on the type and scope of the contract can be found in the specifications - technical part (Part B). The items will be placed in the LZN webshop and called up as online orders or by e-mail.
