Individuals and companies interested in this contract may obtain bid documents by contacting the Electronic Tendering Service (ESTS) by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 1-866-669-7326 or 514-856-6600, or by visiting the website www.seao.ca. Documents can be obtained at a cost determined by the SEAO. Each bid must be placed in a sealed envelope with the identification provided in the annex to the tender document.
The tenders received will be opened publicly on the premises of the Direction du greffe at the Mairie d'arrondissement de Saint-Laurent, immediately after the expiry of the deadline for their receipt.
