Source of Fund: 20% Development fund Prospective bidders should posses a valid PCAB License applicable to the contract, have completed a similar contract with a value of al least 50% of the ABC and have key personnel and equipment (listed in the eligibility forms) available for the prosecution of the contract. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail/ criteria in the Eligibility Check /Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid. All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR). The schedule of BAC activities is as follows: BAC ACTIVITIES SCHEDULE 1. Availability & Issuance of Bid Documents : November 22, 2018-December 18, 2018 2. Pre-Bid Conference : December 4, 2018 @10:am 3. Site Inspection (deadline) : December 17, 2018 4. Receipt and Opening of Bids : December 18, 2018 @2pm The BAC will issue to prospective bidders Bidding Documents available at the Provincial Engineering Office, Catbalogan, Samar, upon their payment of a non-refundable amount of Twenty Five Thousand Pesos (P25,000.00) to the Provincial Government of Samar, Capitol, Catbalogan, Samar. The Provincial Government of Samar reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at anytime prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
