PUBLIC TENDER NOTICE
The MRC DE RIMOUSKI-NEIGETTE wishes to receive tenders for the following professional services: DEVELOPMENT OF AN INTERVENTION PLAN FOR LOCAL ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE "PIIRL".
Bidding documents
Interested parties should obtain bid documents exclusively through the Electronic Bidding System (OBCS) at the following address: www.seao.ca. The documents will be available from the SÉAO as of October 10, 2018.
Conditions of submission
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of $10,000.00, valid for a period of 120 days from the date of opening of the bids, in the form of a certified cheque, irrevocable letter of guarantee or bid bond issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a licence issued in accordance with the Insurance Act (R.S.Q.., c. A-32) authorizing him to carry on surety insurance, a trust company holding a licence issued under the Act respecting trust companies and savings companies (R.S.Q., c. S29.01), a financial services cooperative governed by the Act respecting financial services cooperatives (R.S.Q., c. C67.3) or a bank within the meaning of the Bank Act (S.C., 1991, c. 46), failing which the bid will automatically be rejected.
Submissions will be received on or before October 26, 2018, 10 a.m., at the offices of the Rimouski-Neigette RCM at 23, rue de l'Évêché Ouest, bureau 200, Rimouski (Québec) G5L 4H4. Submissions will be open in public on October 26, 2018 at 10:05 a.m. at the MRC offices at 23, rue de l'Évêché Ouest, bureau 200, Rimouski (Québec) G5L 4H4. However, the evaluations will be done in private.
The Rimouski-Neigette RCM is not liable for incomplete written notices or documents conveyed by electronic means or for any errors or omissions. Consequently, all bidders must ensure, before bidding, that they obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders.
The Rimouski-Neigette RCM does not undertake to retain any of the bids received and does not incur any costs or obligations of any kind whatsoever and assumes no liability to the bidder(s).
