Deutsche Bahn AG and its divisions (e.g. Long-distance Transport, Regio, InfraGO, Connect, etc.) plan, organize and implement around 300 live communication measures of various sizes and formats every year. We implement trade fairs and events in presence, digital or hybrid for different target groups (B2B, B2G, B2C) with a wide range of budget sizes.
Deutsche Bahn AG's corporate "Live Communication" department holds, manages and manages the corresponding framework agreements in its area. We work on live communication projects with different levels of involvement. In some cases, we are responsible for entire projects, act as partial project managers or advise colleagues in the divisions on planning and implementation as part of our governance role.
The contract is awarded in 11 lots. A bidder can only be awarded 1 lot. In the case of regional lots 6-10, a bidder can also be awarded the contract for the nationwide lot 11 in addition to a regional lot.
